Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Nottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

PCL ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager, is inviting proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid as an Excavation, Backfill & Utility Services Subcontractor, whose team has both the experience and capacity to successfully provide these Services for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Future tender scopes include, but are not limited to: temporary shoring of overburden; selective site preparation and demolition; overburden removal and disposal; rock excavation; backfilling; groundwater management and dewatering; utility services (including civil works with Hydro Ottawa approved subcontractors); removals and reinstatements (such as curbs, walkways, asphalt, sod, etc.); and miscellaneous siteworks. Pre-qualification requirements: Submit a Statement of Qualifications demonstrating experience and capacity to provide Excavation, Backfill & Utility Services for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
