The project involves lead service line replacement in Stewartville, MN. Prospective bidders must download the official Bidding Documents from QuestCDN and be listed as a plan holder to submit a bid. Bids will only be received electronically via QuestCDN. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid is required. Contractors must submit a signed statement verifying compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards per the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
