Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Linesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for the rooftop unit replacement at Conneaut Area Middle School. Specifications for the work are available at the District Administration Office. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for the rooftop unit replacement. Proposals will be accepted until the specified deadline and publicly opened in the Administration Office. The proposals may be awarded at the regular meeting of the School District Board of School Directors. SCOPE OF WORK Install new unit comparable to the existing unit. The specs will be included to further describe the unit and technical information herein. Install (1) new Rooftop Unit serving the Cafeteria Area of the Conneaut Area Middle School. Provide electrical power from existing source and replace wiring if deemed inadequate for this application. Install all control wiring necessary and system will operte on a factory installed VFD. Retain/reuse the rooftop curbs as needed. Hook up to existing building climate control system wiring. Install new system in strict accordance with the unit manufacturers and local representatives' instructions.
