Complete demolition, removal, and site clearing to grade suitable for new construction of twenty-two (22) residential buildings, one (1) maintenance shop, twenty-two (22) storage units, an existing lift station, existing sidewalks and concrete drive lanes, existing storm drainage infrastructure, domestic water and sanitary sewer service lines to utility shutoff points, electrical service from the utility pole to structures, existing playground equipment and footings, outdoor clothes hanger structures, partial perimeter wood fencing, and non-City owned signage. Three (3) designated protected Live Oak trees shall remain and be protected throughout the Work. The buildings were damaged in Hurricane Ian in 2022 and are beyond repair.
