The project involves furnishing all labor, material, transportation, and services required for the City Hall Elevator Modernization for the City of Show Low, Project No. 44527001. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the existing hydraulic elevator controller, fixtures, machinery, and car. The existing hydraulic elevator is well beyond its service life, is no longer operable, and replacement parts are unavailable. This work will take place at City Hall, 180 N 9th Street, Show Low, Arizona. Bidders must ensure they obtain all information, addenda, and updates to meet the submittal dates and requirements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope; the outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope should be marked: 'Sealed Bid of __ Contractor' for: City Hall Elevator Modernization, City of Show Low Project No. 44527001."
