The City of Dickinson is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Architecture/Engineering firms to provide design and limited construction phase services for the Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Improvement Project finance in part by the Texas Department of Transportation and an interlocal agreement. The Scope of Work (SOW) for the Project is to provide design, and limited construction phase services for pedestrian connection improvements along Baker Drive from 34th St. to 39th St, the intersection of Baker Dr and FM 517, and the intersection of Owens Dr. and FM 517. The Project area is defined as follows: Baker Drive From 34th St To 60ft south of 39th St intersection of Baker Dr and FM 517 From Baker Dr To FM 517 Intersection of Owens Dr and FM 517 From Owens Dr To FM 517 The question deadline for this RFQ is June 25, 2026, at 5:30p.m. The addendum deadline is July 02, 2026, at 5:30p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing by email to the Citys Finance Department, with the required subject line. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications. Any contract resulting from this RFQ will be awarded to the offer or whose qualifications, resources and experience are determined to be the most advantageous to the City.
