Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose is to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the development of Stewart Park. Plans, specifications, and proposal forms must be obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department during regular business hours, or by calling (903) 531-1370 for an electronic version. Information is also available, as well as questions regarding the project, through CIVCAST. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to award the bid most advantageous to the City. For certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the City. This applies to contracts that require an action or vote by the City Council before the contract may be signed or has a value of at least $1 million.
