The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total price offered. Performance guarantee The tender must be accompanied by a performance guarantee equivalent to 50% of the total price offered. The submission must also be accompanied by a 50% guarantee covering the pledges, materials, and labor. Any request for information or clarification concerning this call for tenders must be made in writing no later than five (5) working days before the deadline for receipt of bids.
