Scope of Services: Please download the RFP documents for further information regarding RFP preparation, submittal and Scope of Services. Instructions to bidders: Please download the Solicitation package for complete details regarding the Solicitation itself and instructions regarding, Solicitation submittable date and time, general information, the schedule of events, questions submittal deadline, specifications, additional contingencies and bid submittal sheet. Only those responses received from registered Vendors will be accepted. Responses must be submitted by the named Vendor that has downloaded the solicitation; this information is indicated in the bid system and provides the ability to tabulate the responses in accordance to the named. Vendors are responsible for downloading and reviewing the City's Standard Terms and Conditions. The document must be signed and uploaded at the time of submitting your solicitation response. Failure to provide the signed document may render the Vendors solicitation submittal as non-responsive. From the issuance date of this Solicitation until an award is issued, Vendors are not permitted to communicate with any City Staff or Officials regarding this solicitation, other than under the direction of the designated representatives of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as indicated in the solicitation. The City reserves the right to conduct pre-award discussions and/or pre-Contract negotiations with any or all responsive Vendors who submit solicitation responses. The Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that the complete solicitation response is received by the City in accordance with the solicitation requirements, prior to the date and time specified in the solicitation, and at the place specified. The City shall not be responsible for any delays in mail or by common carriers or by transmission error or delays or missed delivery.
