The Department of Municipal and Northern Relations operates approximately forty-three (43) high-pressure breathing air compressors that are essential to life-safety operations, emergency response readiness, and compliance with breathing air quality standards. These systems must remain fully operational, reliable, and capable of delivering clean, high-pressure air at all times. To support this requirement, Manitoba seeks a structured and comprehensive service program that ensures timely preventive maintenance, rapid repair response, and the consistent use of certified manufacturer replacement parts.
