The City of Gregory is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering, Architectural, or Surveying Firm(s) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services are intended to assist the City of Gregory in its application preparation and project implementation for the Texas Water Development Board Program (TWDB) Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant Implementation Program (WSIG), if awarded, to support eligible activities. Submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) electronically in .pdf format via email or submit four copies to the specified address. SOQs must be received by the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit SOQs. Veteran-Owned Businesses and Labor Surplus Area vendors are encouraged to submit SOQs. The City of Gregory is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Translation services are available upon request.
