This project provides for the improvements of the following streets: E. Oakview Avenue, N. Tower Avenue, S. Diamond Street, Hickory Street, Field Avenue, Spruce Street, and E. Chestnut Avenue to include roadway excavation and construction, HMA Paving, Sidewalks, ADA Ramp Replacement and Installation, Stormwater Improvements, Street Lighting Improvements, Striping, Permanent Signing, Underground Electrical and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, Standard Specifications, and City of Centralia Standards. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by cash, bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Centralia, in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total bid. The bid shall be labeled Washington and Oakview Elementary Student Safety Project Bid on the envelope.
