Reference Number 0000427610 The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting written proposals from consultant firms to develop a branding and wayfinding signage plan for the Cotton Belt Rail Trail in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area to serve as a world-class regional, state, and national tourism destination. The Plan, being developed through regional collaboration, will result in a unified brand/logo for the regional rail trail; wayfinding sign typologies (e.g., shapes, sizes, colors, and messaging), recommendations for signage placement and locations for the various types of wayfinding signs and their proposed locations. The Plan will include design intent and engineering shop drawings for future construction and installation of the signs.
