Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

New water plant including 1500 gpm well, 2 x 300,000 gallon GST's 2 x 25,000 gallon Hydrotanks and control room building including chloromine disinfection system and emergency natural gas generator. Alterate bid being sought for Aquastore GST's and optional scope for the addition of 2nd waterline connection into the surrounding system. The estimated cost is between 8 and 9 million The following items are taken into account for this alternative option: o The attached plan set outlines the scope of this additional work. o The waterline shall be installed under the existing gas pipelines in accordance with the Letter Of No Objection attached to this memo. o The scope of this work is outlined in the WP 7 2 nd WL plans *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 07/22/2026 submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
