Site work for a civil project in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of gravity sewer lines, forcemains, manholes, pumping stations including all sitework, electrical, piping, and all required appurtenances. The project is located in Rush Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania. Bidding documents including plans, specifications and addenda, must be obtained directly from the Engineer to be considered. A certified check or bid bond payable to or naming as obligee ORD Sewer Authority in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be deposited with the proposal. The Successful Bidder will be required to execute the Agreement and to furnish performance and payment bonds, each of said bonds to be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Bidders are advised that this project is being financed by the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST). The attention of the Bidders is also directed to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and the Super Cross Cutter Requirements for Construction Projects funded under the PennVEST Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan programs. Bidders must submit DBE contact and commitment documentation with the Bid. Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract. Contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and equal employment requirements. The Contractor is subject to the provisions of the Buy America Act and American Iron and Steel requirements as amended. Proposal envelope must be sealed and clearly marked, "Proposal for ORD Sewer Authority - Contract No. 2026-1: Sanitary Sewer Extension," and bear the name and address of the Bidder. ORD Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality and to award the contract as may be deemed by the Authority to be in their best interest. Bids shall remain open for a period of up to 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
