Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Ravenswood Houses, located in the Queens-Staten Island neighborhood (QS01), Queens. The contract term is three years from the award date, with the option for two one-year renewal periods at NYCHA's discretion. No bid security is required. Prequalification as an Approved Supplier via the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List is necessary, and bidders must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor as per Labor Law 220-i. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids will not be considered. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review all attached documents, including special notices and conditions, instructions to bidders, request for quotation, and general conditions before submitting their bids. Vendors are responsible for staying informed of any updates to the prevailing wage schedule. NYCHA may award only one of the requirement contracts in this bid series to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor, with the possibility of awarding additional contracts at its discretion if unawarded contracts remain.
