Reference Number 0000426960 The Village of Orland Park is requesting bids/proposals for the demolition and proper disposal of the existing building and various site elements within the boundary extents as detailed in the Project Plans and Project Manual. The site must be backfilled to existing grade, restored with asphalt and a memorial plaque shall be carefully removed and set aside for the Village to reuse. Scope of Work The Urwin Building is located within the John Humphrey Sports Complex at 14825 West Ave Orland Park, IL 60462. This project consists of the demolition and proper disposal of the existing building and various site elements within the boundary extents as detailed in the Project Plans and Project Manual. The site must be backfilled to existing grade, restored with asphalt and a memorial plaque shall be carefully removed and set aside for the Village to reuse. Lead and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) surveys were conducted by a qualified contractor hired the Village, who found no hazardous materials. Survey reports are attached for reference.
