Dane County is soliciting applications from municipalities for the acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of public facilities projects located in the participating municipalities of the Dane County Urban County Consortium. The primary emphasis for this RFP is on properties owned by the municipality. Funding is expected to be available under the HUD-funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The maximum amount of funding for the Public Infrastructure project area is approximately $294,000 and it is expected that one or multiple projects will be funded in this category. The maximum request amount per application is $294,000. Dane County requires that all applicants complete the CDBG application in its entirety and electronically sign at the end of the questionnaire. Failure to do so may result in the application being ineligible for funding and may not be scored.
