Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed proposals are requested for construction work to modify the existing weir wall at the Cook Road Pump Station, a sanitary sewage pumping station at 507 Lake Shore Road in Grosse Pointe Shores. The work also includes waterproofing, interior motor room improvements, ventilation improvements, split heat pump installation, exterior/interior concrete repairs, and skylight removals and replacements. Bidders must review and comply with the Instructions to Bidders and all Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted using the Proposal Form (00300) downloaded from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group site and must include the required bid deposit. Proposals from bidders debarred, suspended, or made ineligible by any Federal Agency will be rejected. Each bidder agrees to waive any claim against the Owner, Architect/Engineer, and their employees related to the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any bid.
