Description of Work The City of Lebanon is seeking bids for illuminated street name signs for Route 66 intersections. All signs shall meet the following requirements: o One-sided o Able to mount to a signal mast arm and include all bracketry, manufacturer's name and model number of bracketry shall be listed. o Illuminated with LED lighting. o LED shall have a minimum L70 rating of 50,000 hours. o Led bulbs must be accessible without removing the sign from mast arm or brackets. o Sign name plate shall be able to be replaced without removal of sign from mast arm or brackets. o Frame shall be silver/gray powder coated aluminum. o A conduit elbow with a 36" power lead of appropriate wire size attached. o No photocell will be required, photocell in cabinet will be used. o Viewable opening of sign shall be a minimum of 17 1/2 ". o Stacked signs will have an approximate viewable opening of 23 1/2 ". o All signs will be the length required for the wording on the sign, all signs will not be the same lengths. o All sheeting shall be 3M Diamond Grade. o Background sheeting shall be green. o Lettering will be white 12/9/9 sizing and MUTCD compliant. o Type of font used shall be listed on bid. o Route 66 Badge as shown in picture will be placed at the left of the sign, the badge will be approximately 12" tall and not condensed on the sides.
