Question Deadline 06/25/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All requests for additional information or clarification concerning this proposal must be submitted in writing using the eProcurement site Pavement striping and markings program. The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the 2026 STRIPING PROGRAM: Project consists of removal of excess buildup of existing painted pavement markings and paint new pavement markings, including yellow and white lane lines, skip lines, lane use symbols, RR symbols, stop bars, and crosswalks. The project location will consist of various streets in the City of Victoria as shown in the project vicinity maps. Striping includes all cleaning of the pavement. Contractor shall follow all TxDOT Specifications and items 500, 502, 666, 667, and 668. All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Respondent will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The selected Respondent may be required to perform some or all of the following pre-construction and construction services. Pre-construction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and value engineering the Work. Construction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, all work associated with construction, occupancy and warranty of the facilities.
