Description: The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey in-kind replacement of existing (3) DX coil computer room AC unit with outdoor condenser unit serving the Computer Room #138. Provide associated adjustments for existing valves and refrigerant piping system, electrical rework and ductwork modifications to system located at Boca Tolls Data Center, Florida's Turnpike Mainline, Exit 75. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class "A") or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
