The City of Peshtigo are in search of contractors to complete demolition and site restoration of the former Landmark Property, a vacant commercial structure totaling approximately 23,500 square feet situated on a 0.54-acre parcel within a mixed residential and commercial area. The scope of work includes full demolition of all above- and below-grade structures, removal of adjacent paved areas, and disconnection and demolition of existing utility services. Contractors will also be responsible for restricted waste abatement, including management of materials such as lead-based paint and other identified hazardous substances referenced in project environmental reports. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 No binding interpretation of the meaning or intent of the drawings, specifications, or other bidding documents will be made to any bidder orally. Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
