The project scope of work includes a ground up construction of a one story 79,000 square foot elementary school facility including parking lot, playground, and landscaping. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage and other related work as specified in the project documents. (#HPS2026_HSA Bridgeland Phase II GU) Award is subject to final approval.
