Notice is hereby given that City of Slayton, Minnesota invites sealed Construction Bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the Public Works Storage Building, 2250 Linden Street, Slayton, MN according to Construction Documents prepared by s2s Architects. The project consists of construction of a new public works storage building located at 2250 Linden Street, Slayton, Minnesota. Work includes, but is not limited to, building pad preparation, fill/backfill, concrete foundations and floor slabs, wood structural framing, metal panel siding, manufactured stone siding, building insulation, asphalt shingle roofing, hollow metal doors, sectional doors, interior liner panels and associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. G. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Slayton, Minnesota. H. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to City of Slayton, Minnesota.
