Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and clubhouse / community center.
Williston Parks & Recreation District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for the Raymond Family Community Center and Williston Area Recreation Center renovation projects. The selected CMaR will provide preconstruction guidance and construction services for a renovation program that includes major renovation of existing buildings, operational reconfiguration, exterior envelope work, site access improvements, and selected interior renovations at WARC. CMaR must comply with all applicable North Dakota public bidding, contractor licensing, bonding, insurance, civil rights, accessibility, safety, and public construction requirements. The CMaR will work collaboratively with WPRD, JLG Architects and associated consultants, applicable City of Williston departments and review authorities, WPRD facility operations staff, user groups, and subcontractors or suppliers selected through the applicable public procurement process.
