Reference Number 0000427767 The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Mill and overlay of three residential roads and one City-owned parking lot, including about 17,000 Syd of cold milling and about 2,100 tons of HMA. The project also includes some full depth repairs, concrete work (sidewalk and ADA ramp repairs), driveway culvert jetting and replacements, driveway and alley approach replacements, masonry modifications to a dumpster enclosure, and other work as described in the plans. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/03/2026 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashiers Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. CONTRACTOR will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds shall be required. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
