The City of Suwanee is soliciting proposals to select a Design-Builder for a new Suwanee Arts Center based on qualifications, project approach, and other factors, and to proceed using a design-build process. Responses will be issued by addendum to all firms on record. Firms are responsible for monitoring addenda posted online prior to submission of their proposal The project involves two distinct scopes of work delivered under a single design-build contract: o Renovation of an existing 2,000 square foot, 1940's era house and grounds, into the Creative Arts, Media & Gathering Hub, and o Demolition of an existing detached shed and construction of a new 30' x 50' metal building (the Pottery Barn) in its place.
