Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of 22,000 linear feet of water mains, installation of 2 sanitary sewer manholes, installation of 824 linear feet of gravity main, installation of 27 sanitary sewer laterals, fire protection improvement, and replacement of water service lines with associated appurtenances and site restoration. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Department at the name and address listed in the Invitation to Bid at least ten calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
