Athletic flooring system replacement over existing concrete slab including surface preparation, subfloor panel system installation, maple athletic flooring, vapor retarder, court striping, and finish coatings. In accordance with the requirements ofthese Contract Documents and the Contract Drawings, the Contractor shall furnish and install all materials and perform all work necessary for or incidental to constructing a complete athletic flooring system over the existing concrete slab, ready for use by the Owner. The work shall generally include verification of existing slab conditions, surface preparation, furnishing and installing the athletic flooring system, including wood flooring, subfloor system, resilient components, vapor retarder (as required), perimeter ventilation, transitions, finishes, and all related appurtenances, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
