Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Quincy, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes select demolition of existing lift station; construction of new CMU block building, self-priming sewage pumping system, suction & discharge piping, PCC slab and three-phase electrical service; and related construction items. All proposals shall be accompanied by either a bid bond on the "Proposal Bid" form contained in the proposal, executed by a corporate surety company satisfactory to the City of Quincy, or a bank cashier's check, or a properly certified check for not less than 5 percent of the amount bid, or for the amount listed in the specifications. Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Prevailing Wage Required The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past.
