Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Frostburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This work shall include the furnishing and installation of three (3) VFDs at the City of Frostburg's Piney Reservoir Pump Station. The VFDs will be installed to serve three (3) existing vertical turbine water pumps operating on 480-volt, three-phase power. Two pumps are rated at 150 horsepower each, and one pump is rated at 225 horsepower. All necessary wiring and configuration changes should be included in the proposal. The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
