The Work includes the upgrade of the existing water treatment plant consisting of: 1) modifications to the existing Chemical Feed and Storage Building; 2) 1,333 SF Treatment Plant Office Building; 3) 18,116 SF New Filter Building including eight (8) 19'-0" x 32'-0" Precast, Post-Tensioned Concrete Mixed Media Gravity Filters; 4) 23,594 SF GAC Filter Building including sixteen (16) Dual-Stage Pressure Filter Units; 5) two (2) 1.8 Million Gallon precast post-tensioned concrete Clearwell Tanks; 6) 5,096 SF Process Pump Building; 7) 10,080 SF Disinfection and Chemical Feed Building; 8) Backwash Water Waste Tank Pump Station; 9) Stormwater Pump Sation; 10) site and plant piping; 11) site work and retaining walls; 12) demolition work; 13) electrical and SCADA work; 14) HVAC work; 15) painting; 16) paving; 17) and all other associated work. online submission.Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
