Tarrant County is seeking High Build Waterborne Traffic Paint for purchase to maintain the striping on unincorporated roadways, as well as parking lot striping for Tarrant County facilities and parking garages to accommodate the public and employees. Vendor(s) will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract. If the County exercises the right to renew, the Vendor must update and submit any required documents no later than thirty calendar days prior to the commencement of the option period. Documents must remain in force for the full period of the option. If updated documents are not submitted in complete form within the specified time, the County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation.
