The projects consist of a typical 42,000 sf pre-engineered metal building with 10,480 sf conventional steel mezzanines. We anticipate structure sizing and foundations will vary due to 9 different unique site locations throughout Texas. This solicitation is to award procurement of the following: Pre-engineered metal building structure, with design assistance Conventional steel fabrication and erection Electrical equipment Mechanical equipment Due to the project consisting of nine buildings across multiple locations with concurrent construction, the work has been strategically packaged by region. Bidders may propose one or more packages based on their capacity; however, any bidder awarded a package will be required to execute all locations within that package. Bidders should assume separate, fully staffed crews for each location to meet the concurrent schedule requirements.
