The Pecan Creek WRP Headworks and Expansion project is located in Denton, TX and aims to expand the City's existing wastewater treatment plant. The GMP 3 package will include the following scopes of work: Masonry Rough Carpentry Waterproofing & Dampproofing Roofing and Tubular Skylights Caulking & Sealants Doors, Frames, and Hardware Overhead Coiling Doors Windows & Glazing Skylights Interior Framing & Drywall Acoustic Panels & Ceilings HVAC Roadway Excavation, Paving, and Pond Work Fences & Gates Landscaping Mechanical & Start Up Turnkey Control/Operations Building Package
