Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlo, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes dam and outlet works modifications at Kicking Horse Dam, located six miles south of Ronan on the Flathead Indian Reservation, MT. Major construction activities consist of building a cement-bentonite slurry cutoff wall through the embankment of the dam and dike #2, constructing a two-stage filter toe drain, rebuilding the dam crest and dike #2 crest, raising Canal Road along the reservoir, constructing permanent and temporary access roads, removing and replacing the existing outlet works, removing and replacing the downstream check wasteway structure in the Ninepipe Feeder Canal, and relocating G-Canal downstream of the dam. Bidders are instructed to submit their bids exclusively through QuestCDN.com using the Virtubid online bid service. Directions to the site are provided from both northern and southern regions using Highway 93nd MT-212. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 4:00 PM (MST) Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer and Owner in writing. Submit questions to the Engineer and the Owner via the Bidding Documents Website. Questions received less than twenty days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
