Update 1: The following attachments have been added to provide clarification. RFI Question and Answer 26QA026 (Traffic Island Sloped Static Display) 1-5 BCC 07092026 Block and Foundation Elevations - Copy This Statement of Work describes contractor requirements for the project titled "Construct SlopedConcreteSidesfor F-15 Display & Island Removal and Asphalt Work in Front of West Gate Guard Shack." All work will occur at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, California. The contractor is responsiblefor furnishingall project management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to complete the items listedinthisStatementof Work. The work involves the construction of sloped concrete sides (or "ramps") against an existing, raisedconcrete block display pedestal. The contractor shall provide the government with a complete andusableproductthat will be inspected/accepted by the government at the completion of the project. All informationincludedinthisdocument, along with the instructions and standards referenced in the document, shall be consideredas part oftheStatement of Work. This project is to construct sloped concrete sides around an existing raised pedestal for a static F-15 heritage aircraft display. In addition to the pedestal, the contractor will demolish and remove the traffic island located in front of the West Gate guard shack, repair the underlying irrigation, and repave the area. The final surface will be smooth and seamless. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically. The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000 Question Deadline 07/10/2026 Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to solicitation response deadline. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Offerors are responsible for verifying conditions at the project site. Email questions to the contracting office at the addresses shown below. Include both points of contact. To: jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; justin.scales.1@us.af.mil Instructions: Allow a minimum of three business days before the end of the performance period for the Government to conduct a final inspection/walk-through of the work site. Punch list items, if any, must be resolved before the end of the performance period. Once the Government has endorsed the final inspection form, the Contractor may submit their invoice in Wide Area Workflow.
