This project is to construct sloped concrete sides around an existing raised pedestal for a static F-15 heritage aircraft display. In addition to the pedestal, the contractor will demolish and remove the traffic island located in front of the West Gate guard shack, repair the underlying irrigation, and repave the area. The final surface will be smooth and seamless. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically.
