Renovation of a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to repair and replace selected existing steam-to-domestic water heater systems located at Temple VA 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr. Temple, TX 76504. Work shall include demolition, piping modifications, insulation, controls, electrical disconnections and reconnections, startup, commissioning, proper disposal of removed equipment, and site restoration. All work shall be performed in accordance with VA standards, applicable federal, state, and local codes, and manufacturer requirements. Contractor responsible for obtaining all required Permits to include hot work. All copper piping shall use soldered and sweated connections. Press fit ('Pro Press') fittings are not permitted anywhere in the facility. All measurements shall be the Contractor's responsibility. Any drawings or measurements provided are for reference only. All shutdowns must be preapproved by the COR or VA representative. Water heater repair and replacement services are required. Place of Performance: CTVHCS 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr. Temple, TX 76504.
