The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing lighting fixtures and install new LED lighting fixtures and controls as specified herein and as required for participation in the Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) Energy Efficiency Program administered through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Work shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of existing lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, drivers, and associated materials. 2. Installation of new LED lighting fixtures, lamps, sensors, controls, mounting hardware, and accessories. 3. Reuse of existing branch circuit wiring where suitable and code-compliant. 4. Installation of occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, and other energy-saving controls where indicated. 5. Testing, adjustment, commissioning, and documentation. 6. Preparation and submission of all information required to support utility rebate applications.
