The work consists of providing maintenance services for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS), including all non-personal services necessary to ensure continuous and reliable system operation. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, supplies, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical support required to inspect, maintain, repair, and service the intrusion detection system in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, system repairs, and ensuring proper functionality of all ICIDS components to meet security and operational requirements over the contract period, including base and option years.
