Renovation of an industrial development in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The Long Beach Public Utilities Department is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, rigging/hoisting services, insurance, and coordination required to execute the complete decommissioning, removal, and disposal of the existing compromised rooftop cooling tower.
