Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hamburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction of sidewalks and crosswalks including all labor, equipment and materials. Work area is Amsdell Road from Coachmans Lane to the new RRFB crossing at Green Meadow Court and then to Pebble Beach Drive, but exact locations to be coordinated with the Town in the field. All work shall be in accordance with NYSDOT standards and specifications. Attached for reference is the Town detail for driveway crossings and specifications for the RRFB. Unit price items shall include all work for a complete system including grading and restoration of adjacent surfaces. RRFB shall include the striping of crosswalk, poles, signs (each direction shall have a warning sign), electrical work and any other work not covered by another item (associated sidewalk and ramps will be paid under that item). Contractor shall provide traffic protection for work along the roadway and shall provide any erosion and sediment controls to protect drainage features at no additional cost. Quotes must include prevailing wage rates and must meet the attached Town insurance requirements.
