Renovation of a medical facility in Gaspe, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Development of a retirement area at the La Rade Unit. The work consists of interior redevelopment including the calming room, isolation room, shower and laundry room. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. The owner has not accepted the only bid submitted to the tender for the general contractor AOC-082784/20153521 and cancelled it. The owner is redefining the project scope and expects to issue a new tender later this year. Further update in late 2026.
