Bid submission must include all required documentation: Bid Schedule, Offer and Acceptance Form, Bid Bond, Subcontractors List, and Contractor Responsibility Form. Bidders must thoroughly examine all Bidding Documents, visit the site to become familiar with site conditions, consider all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and notify the Construction Administrator in writing of any conflicts or discrepancies. No adjustment will be made to the financial or other terms of the Contract based on Offeror's failure to fully understand or appreciate the Contract requirements. The submission of a Bid is prima facie evidence of compliance with these instructions. Bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid/offer is required. The Contractor must have an appropriate Arizona contractor's license and be registered with the City of Tucson Business Services Department. Insurance coverage as specified must be maintained throughout the contract.
