Pershing Rd.; 2–52 W. 40th St. Phase 1 = Commercial Phase 2 = Residential As of September 1, 2026, the Chicago Plan Commission has approved the project. With Chicago Plan Commission approval secured, the proposed rezoning can seek final approvals from the Committee on Zoning and City Council.
