The City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies for all work and/or goods as set forth in the specifications for Parks Seasonal Facilities Winterization. Bidders must provide a bid bond from a surety company licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury or acceptable substitutes such as a certified check, official bank check, cashier's check, lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not accepted and would cause rejection of the bid. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded with the response, and the original must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date and time. Bidders must submit questions through the Questions tab of the bid event.
