Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of constructing ADA curb ramps and associated curbs and sidewalks. Typical work includes traffic control, surveying, pavement and sidewalk removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, placing and finishing concrete, installing detectable warning plates, Pedestrian Pushbutton Assembly, storm drainage, HMA and roadway cement concrete paving, channelization, landscaping, installing speed humps, and traffic sign installation or relocation. The work will be assigned by Work Packages, each specifying the scope of work and requirements. The project includes electrical work and rebar installation for the Bidder/Subcontractor List.
