Question Deadline 07/22/2026 at 5:00 PM CT all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System . This project is for the construction of a new 138kV Holleman Substation to interject into the existing South Switch to Dowling Road 138kV transmission line. Preceding much of the construction of Holleman Substation, roadway improvements along Old Wellborn Road will be completed under this contract to expand access to the site. Holleman Substation will generally consist of a 138kV ring bus, with the two-line terminals, two terminals for power transformers and the corresponding two distribution bays, and a terminal for 3 capacitor banks. This project will include the installation of all such equipment, including the power transformers and capacitor banks. Some of the major substation equipment will be provided by BTU but will require relocation by the contractor, including the two power transformers. Reference the rest of Exhibit A.3 and A.4 for more details. Accompanying the construction of Holleman Substation and the corresponding outages, relay panel replacements will be completed at the two remote ends, as well as relocation and replacement of some yard equipment at Dowling Road Substation.
