Tarrant County is seeking quotes for an annual contract for onsite pool equipment repair services on an as needed basis for the Tarrant County Resource Connection Aquatic Pool Center, located at 2200 Circle Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119. Award will be on an all or none basis. Vendors will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract period. If Tarrant County exercises the right to renew in writing, the Vendor must update and submit any required documents by no later than thirty calendar days prior to the commencement of the option period. Required documents must be in force for the full period of the option. If not submitted in complete form within the specified time, Tarrant County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation.
